I was expecting a package from UPS to be delivered on December 24th as it is a Christmas present. UPS transferred the package to the Post office. I went into the post office to pick it up and the employee was extremely rude and would not give me the package. Apparently now it won’t be processed until December 26th after Christmas.

Horrible pick up service. Half the time they don't pick up your package when you have a confirmation of pick up service. I have to call every month because my packages are still sitting at my door step. They don't seem to care about customer service. Have called the 800 number to complain numerous times as well.
