I'm an rxom and we had some beefs between seasoned techs (trainees) making less than new hires. I had my techs take and pass their exam and rehired them for more. It's absolute BS considering we have extra "raises" for market adjustment. Before being promoted to RXom, I was the only snr tech at my store.

It is the RXOM’s job to enforce workflow. If the techs and the RPH’s are behind, the RXOM is the one who’s going to take the heat when the metrics drop because that’s their job description. So in my opinion, the RXOM has every right to speak up if workflow is behind or not being followed properly.
