I would not buy either of these scooters. Hiboy has a bad reputation for build quality. A number of users have reported their stems snapping while riding. The F35 is OK but not as durable as the Ninebot Max, either G30P or G30LP. It also has tubed tires vs tubeless self healing tires on the Max. Another good alternative is the Niu KQi3 Max.

I already owned a smaller version of the Ninebot Scooter (F35), which I loved and which gave me confidence to buy the F65U without regret on a Prime Day super-sale (and give the F35 to my teenage son).
