I brought a plush on Mercari with the decription saying it’s like new! But when it arrived the safety eyes were scratched and there was a stain. All those flaws weren’t depicted the photos. I sent them the photos of what I received and the photos shown but they decided to not approve my return and automatically completed the purchase.
