I bought a 457 scout for $329 from sportsmans just for the action and installed it in a krg bravo with a lilja barrel. I think I’m into the rifle for about 1200 not including scope. And it is plenty accurate for what I wanted it for

MDT makes great stuff, but it’s hard to beat the sheer amount of Lego you can play with KRG stuff. IMO the bravo vs the XRS is the better comparison. Having had both I wouldn’t choose the bravo again despite the XRS being a bit more expensive. You could probably get two latches from them and cut one down for AW mags and then save the other for AICS.
