But note: the 540/small 1000 is good only for about 120 hp on the 8100 tractor & on up but the big 1000 is for the rated hp on the tractor.Fold up disk, lower to ground, attach chain from wing to drawbar. Then raise disk. After a few tries, you figure out the length of chain needed to keep disk from over centering to rear. In the field while turning on end mulcher would drag, but seemed disk worked fine going thru field.
