After a 40 minute Tech Support call I put in a service request. The Tech came out, checked all my connections, and replaced it with a new wi-fi 6.Just got a E31T2V1 voip modem. Is it possible to use a digital handset through my switch, or must I use the analog jacks on the back? Other I'm in a new home that's wired with all cat6 cabling and no traditional RJ11. I suppose I could repurpose one of those ethernet wires with an 11 terminal but would rather not.
