Can only discuss NCL Epic (for Freestyle), but overall, I would rate the food very good on Epic: on a scale of 5 with 5 being best (IMO): O'sheehan's : 3. Manhattan : 4 and great ambiance. Taste: 4. Buffet: 3 but a 5 for selection.

In any case for these two reasons amongst others are probably why there's only ONE NCL Epic instead of an entire class of Epic ships. Epic is perfectly fine, especially in warm weather. There are three pools, 6-7 hot tubs, three slides. The specialty restaurants and MDRs are all similar enough to every other NCL ship.
