It's wild that I can order the phone from elsewhere and get it quicker than I can get a warranty replacement. Asurion normally deals in refurbished devices. Those are the ones they normally send people. Oh yeah I'm aware of that. I think I'd feel better about it if Asurion gave you something else other than vaugeries.

I have PERSONALLY had over 3 claims in my adult life through asurion and they were always incredible to work with.
