The current Milper states application window is October 2024 to January 2025 The HRC Board is August 2025 then 3 months after that you find out if you are selected so that would be November 2025. Get at least 3 Letters of recommendation (your coach will be a great one). First board will be a local interview with the recruiting battalion. After you pass that board, your packet will go to the USAREC board. This is the important one if you want to go Active duty. Next USAREC board for your timeline is in December.
Acceptance rates anywhere around 70% from my understanding. To give you my timeline, I started processing November of 21 with the Air Force, switched over to Army processing February of 22 for the same reasons, and my board convenes the end of August (3 weeks from now). So probably 6months to a year to see a board. Maybe longer, depends on you.

It is likely if you make the next board you’ll get to OCS by fall of 2024 and probably commission first thing in 2025. Without a doubt! Yes there are 3 more boards for the yr. Stay on top of your recruiter, and do “check ins” every week or so if you need to. If you’re chill, your recruiter will be chill on your timeline.
