Most of people like to dab it with salt, adding tons of scallions and even those orange Kim Chee juice and whole bowl of rice.

I would never eat from anywhere else since I have such high standards for it. This place knocked my socks off! It comes seasoned unlike the soup at HanBat but it is well seasoned and not too salty.
