Had a client with a similar issue recently. When you print to PDF using the Bluebeam printer, there are options that you can select when the Save dialog box prompts. On the bottom-right you should see an option for advanced, in there you can change the image resolution (I changed my clients to 1200 dpi). Went from blob to clear logo.
