I just replaced mine ($15 from Deere) on my 2510 and it made a huge difference. #1. I have an early 4020 and I just put an overhaul kit in the brake valve. I put everything back together following my JD service manual. Then I bleed the brakes. Now the brakes are totally locked up. The tractor won't move. But if I open the bleed screws, it will move. What could I have done wrong?

I don't see any mechanism for the clutch to over center, but the manual says it latches.
