Transcendence heroes build Order: 1st build Sword Flash - Xia (Homeowner) is the best Transcendence hero to clear most stuff with. Can easily get you to Valiant and push VC levels in RG. Can also kill Void Ark Boss easily. There's no such a thing as a best PvE team. There's a best vortex team, RG team, tower team, Aspen heroes, ark boss team, etc...
