Maureen, I'm having an issue with my DirecTV remote. It does everything but changes the volume of my Samsung Smart TV. I purchased a universal remote that works with Samsung but doesn't have the ability to access my DirecTV library, etc. UGH! I don't know why my DirecTV "remotes" suddenly stopped being able to control the volume of the tv.

I just got DirecTV Stream and installed it on my Roku Ultra that has a voice remote. However, when I am in the DirecTV Stream App, the voice commands do not seem to do anything and gives a message about DirecTV Stream not recognizing the commands.
