All buttons (door lock, door unlock, and trunk open) on the keyfob works. So it's not the battery. The car starts as normal. In fact, I just came back from Costco. Traylaw. Check to see if the passenger side lock/unlock is working ok to isolate the problem to only the driveside door. It's probably the sensor/antenna located in the driverside handle. Then take it to the dealer to replace it. Honda doesn't actually make the smart entry system.
