It can be tuned down to 600pp for Tokyo, 700 for Le Mans. It can rally with dirt tyres and you can have it at pretty much full tune at 800pp for the others. And that's with full tune parts on including the high turbo. It can be twitchy but with the right tune it can handle really well.
