Factory 5.3 truck cooling hoses work with your 5.7 radiator. Maybe do away with the factory trans cooler in the radiator and run an external cooler. Ill try and think what else you might need.

The oil pressure gauge and coolant temp will reuse the existing sensors/wiring you will just need adapters for the 6.0 threads/ports. Speedometer should be one wire output from the 6.0 ecm that connects to one wire from the DRAC box behind the glove box (may have to adjust output from the 6.0 ecm).

They fit the best on OBS LS swaps in 2WD.
