I had to recently take both 107 and 106 to test out for my school. 107 is a shit test. 106 is much better. Between the two tests I watched dirty medicine omt and did a ton of combank questions. Prior to that I only did uworld. Uworld is better for learning but if you need to steal a few points on a comsae and presumably comlex, combank is better.This is an indirect answer to your question but your Uworld average (depending on how you use it) and your general honest feeling of your class rank and stuff like that are really going to tell you if you are prepared for boards better than any COMSAE.
