They’re both great handguns, but they have their tribes. Likewise, RIA makes a fantastic 1911 for the price. Sure, you can spend upwards of $4k on a custom 1911. You can also get a reliable and accurate RIA 1911 for under $700. I can say that I am incredibly happy with mine. Edit: just noticed you mentioned 2011.
