This uses the base shaders that come with reshade, not the custom ones that were tweaked for XIV that gshade used. Some preset makers are adapting their stuff to the base reshade architecture, while others are still relying on old gshade shaders that you now have to go looking for on the Internet.
All my shaders should work just fine with default reshade, although you may have mixed results as I haven't tested it out myself (I'm at work rn). The GShade drama is a little overblown, the "malware" was to prevent the installer from being tampered with and Marot has already removed it in favor of a more traditional prevention method.

It can work with a texture atlas with multiple LUTs packed together and has an easy selector to select the right LUT to use at runtime.
