Those numbers for the ES round trip seems incorrect to me. The exchange and NFA fees set by CME per contract or per side is $1.25 so that makes it atleast $2.50 for a round trip unless you are a member of CME paying 300k usd to them. Remaining fees are order routing, clearing, commissions which even if assumed zero won't match your price.
