My favorite Pyro loadout is the stock flamethrower, reserve shooter, powerjack. The reserve shooter is mainly for weapon switching without losing damage on your flamethrower. The phlog is a terrible weapon that gets you destroyed at higher levels of play, encourages stupid play, and rewards idiots. Then click <show item list> on the top right. After that; you will be able to see all the cosmetic items avaible for the class. At this point, you can just type the name of the item you want in your set or type hat to see all the hats, or misc (cosmetics that can be weared with other hats) to see all miscs. Have fun!

I think worst loadout would be Degreaser, Scorch Shot, and Sharpened Volcano Fragment. My favourite is backburner, shotgun, powerjack. Use the speed to get behind enemy lines, backburner for the crits and shotgun if you come across a pyro. Shotgun will always be best secondary though.
