For those it is better to use the leveling build and respec than to grind away with a suboptimal build. Leveling a shaman, devouring swarm can carry you. Leveling a soldier, forcewave. Etc. etc. Just need to find that one skill that is busted at lower levels and use it until you get to the point where you can really make your build work.
