I don't think a Discord like Pubhalls should really be looking at the bottom damage doers and calling them out - the word "Public" is literally in the name, and therefore there shouldn't be any skill expectations. You could say the same about Pub Fungals/Pub Shatters/OSanc/Pest Control, and I really hope those Discords don't go in that direction.Going into the event with zero o3 completes, I have done around 15 attempts on a 0/8 priest and completed 3 of them (with many deaths on the attempts). Note that all the ones I did complete were discord runs; it is almost impossible to complete a public o3 on a fresh 0/8 unless you get supremely lucky with other players.

The influence of discord culture aside, if I only had 1 or 2 runes, the best way currently would to be to join a discord to guarantee someone has the rest.This has been bugging me for some time — of the four O3 counters, three are irrelevant: most of O3's attacks armor pierce or do tons of damage that the armor break counter doesn't matter, and the quiet/weaken counters only prolong the fight. Sicken, on the other hand, can mess up runs and cause deaths/nexus at a scale unlike the other three.
Ring- Formerly just an objectively worse Omni, it got buffed and is now about on-par. So it's potentially best in-slot depending on what you want from a ring. Pretty good all-arounder, nice survivability decent dps boost. Oryx 3: Sword- Best in slot for convenience and clearing and looking badass.
