Horrible service. I arrived to the store around 5 minutes after placing my order (just one chicken sandwich and mashed potato) on the Popeyes app. When I arrived and showed the lady my receipt, she told me it will be ready. I waited for 15 minutes, countless people already received their food and the lady never called my name. Arrived at 11:45 AM for lunch expecting everything to be fresh. Boy was I wrong. This was the worst chicken meal I have ever had at Popeyes and I've been to many over the past 25 years. The chicken tasted burnt and was very dark brown and dry even though dripping grease. The fries were cold, soggy, greasy and limp.
