Oct 8, 2021 · I want to mention, Dreadful Carnage is very bad in combination with a ranged character like a Kineticist. A kineticist will be doing most of their killing from near maximum range (50 feet usually, with extended range or an AOE blast). Dreadful Carnage and Dazzling Display only work on enemies within 30 feet of the character with those feats.

Kineticist is likely the best class, as you the increased constitution comes in very handy in addition to the damage boost and defense. Sorcerers and wizards are also great Gold Dragons. If the shifter class (that focuses on natural weapons) will be added to Pathfinder WotR in a future DLC, there will also be a good martial option.

Strangely, one of the better things to specialize in is kinetic blade. It requires only one feat to be good at, weapon finesse. Tried making an overwhelming spellcaster and a blight druid, both (atleast by gray garison) feel underpowered and honestly, they barely even participated in battles outside of the occasional spell that actually hit-- my companions were carrying me through on normal.
