Simon's game sense seems to be pretty close to Dora's but they are playing a bunch survival games with convoluted game mechanics. I also keep in mind that they're editors and content producers so all of them are stretched thin. Appsro clearly has a stronger grasp of game mechanics while Neebs does Neebs things.

The subnautica below zero series was kinda scripted to fit into the game’s actual story, but majority of it is not scripted.
