There are numerous people on this site that have gotten bad pop-ups and passed, good pop-ups and failed, had their payment go through as if they failed and actually passed. The bad pop up is pretty reliable. Not passing at 150 questions is a good sign that you can pass on your next attempt. I do NCLEX coaching, and I have also just published a book about Overcoming NCLEX Failure. In the book I explain (chapter 4) how to analyze your result based on the # of questions you had in your NCLEX attempt. If you get a message saying that your payment was declined, it is the "bad" pop-up and indicates that you did not pass. Rarely, people get the bad pop-up and actually have passed, but you will never get the good pop-up if you failed. I took mine today too and it shut off at 75. I got the good pop up but convinced myself it was wrong. I went on pals and searched my name for state licensure and I came up. I’d try that to be sure! She said that it would take a day for them to email me my license, don’t know which state you are but Michigan usually takes just a day or so.
The accuracy on the site is probably like 20% or less accurate on Personality Database, its that bad really. Don't ever use Personality Database as a trustworthy source at all ever for correctly typing characters or famous people because its usually wrong and incorrect majority of the time when typing characters, anime characters, famous people ...
The good news is, the bad pop-up is only about 70% accurate from what we know with people reporting their results. You went to 145 which means you were very close to not passing, unfortunately, but the reason the bad pop-up may not be correct in these cases is because a person is going to verify your score before it's official.
