NEW ARTS & CRAFTS VENDOR. The Grand Rivers Labor Day Arts & Crafts Festival is a juried event. Vendors must handcraft a minimum of 50% of each item in the booth space. This means that 1/2 of each item sold must be handcrafted, not 1/2 of the items in the booth. The Grand Rivers (Kentucky) Labor Day Weekend Arts and Crafts Festival will be held Sept. 1-3 at Little Lake Park. The hours will be 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 1 and 2, and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 3. Admission is $2 per adult at the walk-in gate or $5 per vehicle (includes the cost of admission and parking for everyone in the car).
