Longsword, Lordsworn Straight Sword, and Broadsword are the top 3 consistently in terms of sword that can have their ash of war changed. Ornamental Straight Sword, Nobles Slender Sword, and Weathered Straightsword would be next for dex focus. I would recommend curved Swords, as there's lots of variety and their moveset is very fun.
