HNR does not normally hold funds back an entire week. This issue is solely Emerald card company. I've used HNR for years and I've never had this issue. But normally goes to my bank not this ridiculous card. The customer service people at emerald card also have no problem lieing to us either. They have no clue what they are talking about.
