A quick Google search of "dying light farm stuffed turtle" will get you a few dozen tutorials. It takes about 30hr of grinding the turtle to get to 250. You need to hand in the drops on nightmare. You get extra bonus if you are playing co-op and extra xp with one of the bundles.
