I was running at 360 hz and apparently the game didn't like that. Changing to 60 hz solved the problem. Also getting huge FPS drops at promenade, GTX 980. everywhere else is fine. Seems if i leave my camera alone FPS catches up but when i look at jordan challenge or around FPS booms.
