the anking deck is just a more updated/better formatted version of miledown! if youre already far into the original deck i wouldnt make the switch, you can always add your own cards to fill in anything or edit the current cards as you see fit. for p/s i see a lot of ppl recommend the pankow deck for just that. 2.

Check out AnKing's basic tutorial on anki on youtube and I think that should give you all that you need to know! I did miledown in a month and did exactly that, 100 new cards a day. It's doable, but definitely devote a few hours a day to it. At it's peak, I think I did around 700-800 cards (reviews) in one day. It's not like that everyday though.

After 155 days 86% of the cards are mature; that means 30 or more days until next review; not 86% memorized. I usually get 92.5% of mature cards correct each day so that works out to me having ~80% of the deck memorized at this time. I'm a non trad making almost all this content is new to me so YMMV.
