With regards to the oil, the Gearbox takes about 5 litres to fill as it also feeds the transfer and front diff. Level should be up to the filler hole in the front of the gearbox. If the bushes/sugar cube are ok I'd probably go with replacing the whole thing since you've got spares avaliable. The ideal wheel size for a celica is 16 or 17 inch. 18 is too big. You can only fit alloys of a 5x100 PCD. Anything else and the studs just wont fit in the holes. The offset is how far from the centre line of the alloy the mounting point is.
