The right (actuator) side is the only one that will raise and lower, the left side will not. Thus far today we removed the actuator 3-4 times, cleaned out the rats ...We had 1780 12/23 that we used for beans only for quite a while and it did a fine job, for the money that they are asking for them I think it would be a good move for a bean only planter.
