Just think of it as additional practice questions and leave it at that. Don't worry about the percent correct which has little value in predicting your score. It also doesn't really cover all the high yield topics and in my experience none of the questions on the free 120 end up on the actual exam.

Honestly the new F120 was the closest to the real thing. Might have even been more difficult considering how dense the stems were on the 120.
