The only ones that matter if they started with 2 or 3 stars are empowered gems, and you can tell by looking at the stat boosts, assuming you have them at +15 lvl you should have acquired all of the boosts which for a 3 star would be 3, but for a 2 star it would just be 2, which is the problem that they have since you can't add boosts on a gem. 2.
Try to get all your gems "pd or md/cd/ch". When you get a gem like that level it up to 15. If 2 or 3 boosters goes to crit dust the gem. If it's just 1 or better, none, then use it. level up your class. Try to get to above 25 level so you can wear cosmic empowered gem. Once you open up the crafting table menu, go to Gems tab, and you'll see you can craft a guaranteed stellar empowered gem. Instead of lunar souls, it'll cost empower gem fragments which is what you get after loot collecting any empowered gem. 2. Reply.
