prisma by far, wraith only gets some base damage and status chance. prisma has lower status and base damage, but it's significantly better in every other way. I believe the prisma gorgon has the highest crit chance amongst all its versions also crit damage, but it has lower base damage than the wraith version.

because people with the gorgon/hek will probably have multishot mods in them, and one or maybe 2 Armor Pen mods. My Gorgan has 96.8% multi shot , 50% armor pen dmg, 50% freeze dmg, 19.5% stunchance, 3.3 Puncture and 5% crit chance for my mods, and im sure there are other people with alot better mods then mine
