Even if you know what you're doing it's like 10-20 hours of work to get a fresh install and a big (150-200 plugins) modlist running. Probably more like 40 for this list. I'd look at the following guide alongside the Mega List's installation guide. The Mega List has a pretty good, concise set of instructions.
