318 p218 no spark during crank. I picked up a low hour (401) 318. It does not have spark during crank, but as you let the key spring back to run it will fire. If you play with it, it will eventually catch and run indefinitely. I tried a known good switch I had and got the same result. I have the wiring schematic my local dealer printed for me.
The connector (s) are under the battery tray, so the battery and tray must be removed in order to separate the connectors for inspection and cleaning.
