Nataruk should be able to do Steel Path easily, so the issue is your build. You'll need something to overcome/bypass the increased defensive stats of Steel Path enemies. Simple raw damage won't work. Rolling guard/adaptation (arbitration), armor stripping mechanics would be HUGE for grineer earth, or toxic for corpus.

Maybe I should be more clear: I've completed the star chart, but I still don't have the option for steel path. Wiki says I need to do whispers in the walls to unlock the missing nodes. I think that's it. Yes, there are nodes locked by quests.
