Just an observation: I find it common that people who like heme onc tend to also like ID. Which makes it funny to me that HO and ID are often at odds in the hospital (ie BMT wants to use some weird restricted antibiotic and ID won't let them). Interesting how like minded individuals develop different perspectives through their training paths.
