YES! I have the same problem with the delayed shifts on my 09 Traverse. I took it into the dealership about two weeks ago for a transmission flush. The techs took it for a ride before the flush then after the flush--no difference and they said it was working as designed. The problem is, the delayed shifts are intermittent.

To follow up, got my 2019 LT done today (finally). My copy of the Service Order referenced TB 19-NA-206 (no surprise there) and that they replaced the shifter park switch and jumper harness. Work was done under warranty, no charge (it was the cabin air filter that cost me $100, ugh). Harness Part No: 84733196.
