I was debating between the Montefeltro, M2 and the Affinity. Went with the Affinity, since it's more versatile than the Montelfeltro and $500 cheaper than an M2. I was buying my first shotgun and wanted it to be able to multiple things. Like being able to add a mag extension for 3 gun matches, but at the same being able to use for hunting.

YouTube video comparisons aren't very good on these two guns. The AL48 is Long Recoil operated and the UL is Inertia operated. They are both well made and reliable. The UL has the advantage of shooting any shell with in gauge without changing any rings for different loads. The UL also has a 3" chamber to the AL's 2 3/4 only.
