The hand and finger stalls seem to be the perfect size for most girls that age, and the break-in process was pretty quick for ours.

Some people think the best/safest way to overload train is to put the weight at the knob. I have the 8 ounce counterweight. They have a light bat that Ralph and Karen Weekly endorse, I have not seen one. Some here recommend heavy bats but it seems that without someone watching form carefully, problems could creep in.Jun 21, 2019 · This might sound weird but focus on a better straight leg drive. Right now she leaps to the side pretty significantly, think about this as she leaps to the side the angle she is at leaves her back hip in her arm circle if she were to throw it at the plate from here of course she has to compensate for this and does but sound mechanics do start from the bottom up.

I think it does make a difference even at 8U. More pop is more pop. I'm not spending $300 but my 2004 uses the TPS Zephyr (-12, hand me down from older sisters, very well broken in) and its got great pop.

Sep 14, 2018 · I think this is a great post. You are sharing what so many people feel and may not want to post. And you make some great points including the fact that without freakish size most likely your kid won't go on to pitch for Alabama.

Just the force of the drive. Bad timing when the arm is ahead of the legs (which is a common issue) simply means the pitcher is arm dominant rather than drive dominant. The reason you want the correct timing is because this allows the body to set up and stabilize for optimal front side resistance and brush-assisted whip.
