I don’t know what the “Timeless Starters” are but Blu does have off menu things that are frequently requested. Shrimp cocktail, escargots, baked potato French fries, Cesar salad come to mind. The distance between Blu and the MDR kitchen makes it impractical to get menu items from the MDR to Blu.
