How can I change the background color to something like light grey? I can see how to make it black or white, and I can see how to make the top part of the screen grey, but not the area where the back of the card appears. I have images that contain both black and white and they look different on either background.

The only add-on that I know does that is Beautify https://beautify-anki.shorouk.dev/ I made a personal version that only affects decks so I can have my usual formatting in the deck browser (with enhanced main window and the random image functions of AnKing's custom background), and a different background and material design stats for each deck.
