I've learnt how to deal with Doom, Loki, Emma, Zemo and similar combos and can easily punch down 10% (depending on who gets stunned or ability blocked or stunned).Hand and Mercenary teams are also City, so they can benefit from the 5% damage boost on Punisher's passive.
